1st episode of our 3 part Mindfulness Mini Series. The New Year means something different to everyone but at the same time there is this a similar feeling of “newness” and change that has to be made. In this mini mindfulness series we’re going to break down our own take on New Year Resolutions, Transitions, Goal Setting, and how to step into your truth. We’re looking into how to set goals based on where you are now so that you have clarity on how to go forward. So OUR goal in this mini mindfulness series is to lay a foundation for any transition and establish a physical practice to compliment your mindfulness one.
